ir Richard Branson's new, state of the art safari camp
is a truly innovative project that will compliment his
established luxury safari lodge Ulusaba Private Game
Reserve in South Africa. Mahali Mzuri, is within the Motorogi
Conservancy in Kenya, which lies within the ecosystem of
one of Africa's most famous game reserves that stretches
from southern Kenya into Tanzania.
Every July, around a million wildebeest migrate north from
the Serengeti further south and into the Maasai Mara. One
way to see this amazing spectacle close up will be from the
terraces of the new tented accommodations that form
Mahali Mzuri safari camp, opening this summer.
The futuristic 12 tented suites and main living and dining
areas, will be luxuriously appointed (some suites are
especially fitted for families) and all promise to have a great
view of the phenomenal wildlife passing by. Daily activities
will include twice-daily safari drives, night drives, early
morning hot air balloon trips, and on-foot treks
through the wild as well as the opportunity to visit
local Maasai communities. After all that activity
guests can relax with a dip in the infinity pool or
with an Africology spa treatment.
