Dining at this very special hotel is an absolute pleasure. The chef
Patrick Raingeard specialises in the flavours of the Mediterranean
and creates wonderful dishes using local produce, not least super
fresh vegetables from the hotel’s own gardens. Naturally, seafood
features highly in the irresistible seasonal menu.
